This document set out the terms and conditions applicable for purchase of tickets through Goticket.my website and you are governed by Malaysian Law.
You will be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions if you make reservation through our website.
If you do not agree to these term and conditions, you may discontinue transaction and log out from this website.
- Warranty
- No warranty of any kind is given as to the operation of the site, the accuracy of the information or services referred to on the Goticket.my website.
- All warranties are excluded as far as permitted by the law.
- Neither Goticket.my nor any third party will be liable for any inaccuracies in or omissions from the information which it contains.
- Responsibility
- Goticket.my are not responsible for the content of any other website from which you have accessed this website or which you may hyperlink from our website.
- Goticket.my accept no liability for any loss or damage you incur as a result of your use of any other site from which you hyperlink to or from Goticket.my website.
- Availability of tickets
- Tickets are subject to availability and general terms and conditions, and to particular terms and conditions that apply to each theme park/ attractions operator/owner.
- Accuracy of information
- We do our best ensure that the information and fares display in our website are correct.
- Should there be any errors or inaccurate information, we apologise but cannot hold responsible.
- In using our website you agree that:
- You will use this website only for your personal use and not for any unlawful or illegal purpose.
- You will not modify, transmit or copy or sell or transfer any information or services you may obtain from this website.
- You will be responsible for any fee, charges, cost and/or liabilities that arise out of your use of this website.
- Internet email
- Messages or emails sent over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure as they are subject to possible interception or loss or possible alteration.
- Goticket.my are not responsible for them and will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages or otherwise in connection with any message sent by you to Goticket.my or any message sent by Goticket.my to you over the internet.

- No part of this website may be copied, published, broadcast or adapted without our prior written consent.
- E-Ticket
- All fares quoted are subject to availability of ticket allotment.
- Purchase of e-ticket can be done not less than 1 day before travel date.
- All ticket(s) for all attractions will be charge in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
- Name and identity card/passport number of lead traveler must be keyed in (not buyers name or credit card holders).
- Payment of ticket(s) by credit card (Visa/Master) or FPX.
- Non-refundable Internet banking fee will be charged for each ticket.
- Successful notification email will be sent to customer within 10 minutes after transaction together with booking details.
- If ticket(s) reservation was unsuccessful but customer has been charge for the ticket, Goticket.my will submit the application to the bank and refund the fare via customer’s account within 14 working days.

- Ticket Redeemtion
- Ticket is valid for the lead traveller name and entrance date stated on e-ticket.
- Lead traveler must produce a valid e-ticket(s) at the counter for ticket exchange.
- Amendment of e-ticket
- Amendment of ticket(s) is not allowed via this website.
- Amendment can only be done before e-ticket are issued and subject to term and conditions.
- No refund for the difference in ticket price if customer reduce the number of pax or change from adult to child.
- Refund of e-ticket
- Refund of Ticket is not allowed unless for the following reason :-
- Theme park/ attractions is closed.
- Ticket out of stocks.
- Amount of refund will be credited into account of credit card or debit card holder within 14 working days from the ticket(s) application refund date.
- Refund of Ticket is not allowed unless for the following reason :-
- Changes/Cancellation by Goticket.my
- If any changes or cancellation are made by theme park/ attractions owner or operator to any tickets, Goticket.my maximum liability is to refund the fare of ticket.
- Error/incorrect travel details
- Traveler are responsible to ensure their travel details stated on ticket are correct.
- Goticket.my accepts no liability for any error in travel details due to incorrect information key-in by customer during purchase of ticket.
- Loss of etickets
- Goticket.my will email eticket or evoucher to customer’s email. For any loss of eticket, customer may REPRINT they eticket in email.
- Restriction and liability
- Goticket.my accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage of luggage or belongings caused by a force majeure event.
- Save as aforesaid, Goticket.my excludes all liabilities to customers to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Force Majeure
- Goticket.my accepts no liability for any delay, poor performance or failure in performance caused by force majeure and/or any other matters beyond Goticket.my reasonable control.
- Changes/amendment of terms and conditions
- These terms and conditions are correct as at the time of print and subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- These terms and conditions are subject to each theme park/attractions owner or operator.
