Terms And Conditions:
1. All rates quoted valid until 21st September 2025.
2. Each printed E-ticket is a fixed date and valid on the date of issue stated in the E-ticket.
3. All rates quoted are inclusive of 6% Service Tax and 5 % Entertainment tax where applicable.

Description / Important Notes
* Sunway Lagoon closed on every Tuesday except on Malaysia Public Holiday and School Holiday.
* Non-Malaysian customers will be required to top up the price difference if they are found to be holding Malaysia MyKad e-tickets.
* Please be informed that Sunway Lagoon is upgrading the Surf Beach Entrance by immediate effect, guests are advised to use Sunway Lagoon Main Entrance.

* Please present the voucher along with your passport/ID at the counter for redemption.

* Penalty Fees 
* Upgrade Mykad Child to Mykad Adult:  RM 50 per person
* Upgrade Mykad to Non-Mykad: RM 100 per personNon-Malaysian is for International/Passport holder
* Admission is free for infants below 89cm.    
* Adult : (Age 13 years old and above)
* Child: (Age 12 years old and below)
* Senior (Age 60 years old and above)
* Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
* Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors’ wristband tags will be removed upon exit
* All wristband tags are only allowed entry only on the date of entry
* All transactions in the park are done via cash or E-load. E-load can be loaded at Ticketing Counter
* Unused balance of E-load is able to get a refund on the same day at Ticketing Counter before 7pm
* When using waterslides the following are not permitted: Jewelry of any kind ,T-shirt and bathing suits with metal decoration, Cut-off jeans, Glasses, Use of slides are at your own risks.
* Sunway Lagoon reserves the right at its own discretion to carry out renovations and / or upgrading works as and when deemed necessary
* The management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close the park, rides, attractions due to maintenance, inclement weather, special events, any circumstances beyond control, cancel and/ or amend any activity without prior notice.
* Sunway Lagoon encourages guests to secure all valuables as the park cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.
* Insurance coverage is applicable with terms and conditions.
* If the name on ticket is different from the name in Passport, the venue reserves the right to refuse admission without refund.

Operating Hours:                                        
* Night Park Operation Hours: 6 pm - 11 pm
* Close every Tuesday except for School Holidays & Public Holidays.
* Kindly note that Sunway Lagoon Night Park tickets are not valid on specific blackout dates, including but not limited to festive seasons such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, as well as during the Nights Of Fright event period, and other related functions. During such dates, festive or event rates may apply.
